Facilitated by Laura Cabral, LMHC, MT-BC, this is a short-term, virtual psychoeducational and support group designed to help teens better understand and manage anxiety. This group provides a supportive, structured space to explore how anxiety shows up in daily life—at school, with peers, and at home—while learning practical, evidence-based coping strategies. Through guided discussion and CBT-informed skill building, teens will increase emotional awareness, strengthen confidence, and develop tools for managing anxious thoughts, physical symptoms, and stress more effectively.
