Facilitated by John Pratico, PsyD, LMHC, this is a short-term, virtual psychoeducational and support group designed for individuals who are curious about taking a break from alcohol, nicotine, and marijuana and want structure, accountability, and support in doing so. This group offers a thoughtful, nonjudgmental space to explore your relationship with alcohol, nicotine, and marijuana, better understand habits and triggers, and reflect on what role—if any—you want these substances to play moving forward. Through guided discussion and practical, evidence-informed tools, participants will build coping strategies, navigate social situations, and create a sustainable reset without pressure.
