
Facilitated by Stephanie Pratico, LMHC, this is a short-term, virtual psychoeducational and support group focused on building more intentional, balanced relationships with technology. This group offers a structured space to examine habits around phone use, social media, and internet use. There will be conversations around symptoms of digital overwhelm, while learning practical, evidence-based strategies to increase awareness and create healthier boundaries. Through guided discussion and skill-building, participants are supported in making realistic, sustainable changes that align with their values and daily lives.
